Stock

All the items listed on our website have been manufactured by us and are guaranteed to be brand new. While rare, there may be instances where there is a miscalculation in our stock levels, resulting in the model you have ordered being unavailable. We diligently check and update our stock information daily. The stock level for each model is not disclosed to the buyer and can only accommodate a limited quantity. The shopping cart system will reject any orders that exceed the available stock for a particular model. If an item is out of stock, you have the option to email us with your specific request. We will make every effort to source the requested item for you, even if it’s currently unavailable.

Orders

To place an order, you can add your desired items to the cart system. Once you are satisfied with your selection(s), you can proceed to the checkout page. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination zone. Next, provide your billing and shipping address, select a delivery option, and choose a payment method to finalize your order. Please note that all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Pre-Orders

When placing a pre-order, we require full amount to be paid to secure your order. Please note that if you choose to cancel your pre-order, your payment is refundable without shipping charges and tax. If we cancel the production for any reason, we will refund your money in full without shipping charges and tax. It’s important to understand that stock arrives in batches, and pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Therefore, it is possible that others may receive their orders before yours if they placed their orders ahead of you.

Shipping

All orders will be carefully packed and addressed according to the information provided during the checkout process. It is crucial to ensure that the shipping details are entered correctly. If incorrect details are provided and additional shipping costs are incurred as a result, the responsibility for those costs will lie with the customer. To ensure a secure delivery process, all items will require a signature upon receipt. This signature serves as a mutual agreement between both parties in the unlikely event that the item does not arrive or arrives damaged. Typically, orders are dispatched within 2 working days. However, if there are any closures or delays at our end, you will be promptly notified of the situation.

Customs Charges

Please be aware that any customs charges or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the recipient. We are unable to modify or alter the values declared on the shipping label for customs purposes.
